want our vitamins, minerals, and enzymes LIVE and intact so that our bodies
receive the most out of it.
HPP (High Pressure Processing) is a
cold pasteurization method that kills off specific nutrients to extend the
shelf life up to 30 days. I don’t want 30-day old spinach and quite frankly,
you shouldn’t either!
